That Special Section
This is going to be pure text and a bit boring. But this is what defines me, my thoughts
I understand that I have taken 2 years of drop or that’s what people around tell me. After graduation, I had everything that a student aims for. A premium institute like TIFR, going abroad for higher studies in countries like Poland and institutes with GS Rank in Top 300 or securing a job as a Data Analyst at an MNC. Few of them, I couldn’t grab, few I did not choose to. I have made many blunders to be very honest. There have been days and months of self-doubt. Although, I’ve always been learning something. I started with Project & Product Management. When I had nothing in hand, I learnt to explore. I learnt Front-end Web Development, Graphics Designing and Video Editing - Adobe tools.
I also started my own start-up with a friend in a field not much flexed about- mental health. We chose those problems that made ‘us’ sleep deprived, did market research and started working on the idea.
I’ve always been seen as a hard-working ambitious girl who did many jugaads or opted for unconventional ways to approach a solution. But in last two years, when I had ‘nothing’, I felt under-confident, a failure. If I ever made a Failure Portfolio, it would have more achievements than my current CV. I felt out of ideas and energy. But I want to apply at Masters’ Union, take a leap of faith, and work towards it. I always have learnt by doing rather than just reading or knowing and with others in a team. I think Masters’ Union is the perfect place for me to be. I know that at Masters’ Union, I’ll flourish and my aspiration to build a company for a great initiative would come true.
